The Raven's Wing is an heirloom of the Wild-Deer People, a composite tribe of Humans and Half-Elves that settled the area between Dun Velain and Lothond three centuries before the events of Waste's Edge. They were relatives of the Raven Clan that ruled Aerengist at the time.

Its composition is quite simple. It consists of three silver raven feathers - one long, one short, and one of intermediate length. The base of the shortest feathers is attached to the stem of the longest so that it seems to grow out almost like a stray feather element. The intermediate feather proceeds from the stalk of the smallest just as the smallest feather proceeds from the stalk of the largest. The three stalks form a triangle. Each point of the triangle is marked with a bead of amber.

The Raven's Wing gives a +5 bonus to dodge and parry, as well as a +1 to willpower. It is possible to learn the Song of Raven, the Song of Eagles, and the Gryphon's Cry from the Raven's Wing.
