Tinuv Cerfus is a cousin of Risartus Solmanus. He is a traveling merchant who trades in nuts, confections, and sweetmeats of various kinds. He is somewhat plump, being both a purveyor of fine foods and someone who enjoys them immensely. Tinuv can be encountered in the docks or in the company of his cousin.
