The Freedmen are sometimes referred to as the Rogues or the Guild of Rogues. The Freedmen will tolerate Men of the Knife who travel among them or do business in their company, but do not usually aid or condone their activities. The Freedmen are more often wandering bards or peddlers. Some are thieves, but they tend to be lawless but morally good or at least neutral. They have no stated requirements regarding race or nationality.
